STALLS
STALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THIS OFFICIAL FORM ONLY, ALONG WITH A CHECK FOR PAYMENT IN FULL. NO STALLS WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Stalls are $240.
NO TELEPHONE OR VERBAL RESERVATIONS.
ALL STALL CHECKS MUST COME IN THE SAME ENVELOPE. MOVE IN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27.
Arrival before September 27: $20 Charge per stall per day, based on availability, must have circuit stalls reserved, and must be requested in advance of arrival.
MOVE OUT NO LATER THAN NOON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6.
NO STALL REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 19, 2011.
PRE-BEDDING & FEED
PRE-ORDER: Your shavings will be in your barn/stall upon your arrival - no waiting in line!
Call to pre order. Feed and Bedding will run a one-time transaction and deliver the order.
Pre-orders are credit card only transactions.
ALL bedding must be purchased through WestWorld’s Feed & Bedding.
No feed, hay or bedding can be delivered on WestWorld property.

Open Accounts - For the duration of show
Upon arrival to WestWorld, show attendees must go
in person to Feed & Bedding with a credit card or check
and start an open account.
Accounts remain open until noon on the last day of the show.
If not closed by attendee before this time,
the account will be closed automatically.
